Metacognitive processes, such as confidence judgments, allow us to monitor and evaluate our own cognitive processes and behavior. As such, they regulate how we navigate the world, take decisions and adapt our behavior. 

During this one-day symposium, a group of international speakers will discuss the latest theoretical and experimental developments in the field of metacognition in healthy and psychopathological settings.
